Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
